Collective Oregon Eateries
Collective Oregon Eateries
Portland, Oregon
This project was built after the demolition of the Farm House restaurant in Southeast Portland. Collective Oregon Eateries, CORE, is 37,500 SF lot size and an 8,500 SF food hall featuring nine micro restaurants and a large dining area, plus outdoor dining area with sixteen food cart pots including 37 parking spaces. The original conceptual design started in 2015. Inspired by indoor markets in Stockholm, Sweden, the design utilizes multiple clerestory windows to bring south daylight into the open dining area. The design is also intentionally connecting indoor and outdoor spaces with large garage doors so visitors can enjoy dining even during the rainy season.
