The site is located in outside of Salem alongside farmland. The traditional barn design of the main clubhouse was requested so that the building complimented the surroundings. Although the main clubhouse resembles a traditional barn from the entrance, the other side facing stadium is a very modern design with large windows and glass doors. In order to host the large tournaments, parking design and clubhouse access from all soccer fields were prioritized.
Master planning for the Capital FC Timbers places features a new clubhouse, two turf fields with seating for a 1000 people and parking in a 40-acre parcel. The ground floor of the club house includes lobby, reception, seminar and development space, and locker rooms for both home and visitor teams. The second floor operates as training, viewing and event space for the community.
